Who we are
Garage Built Baseball is a private youth baseball training service based at 18404 138th St E, Bonney Lake, WA 98391. We offer 1-on-1 training sessions and a monthly Club Membership. These terms cover everything you book through this site.
Booking a session
You book a session through the website. A session is reserved when you receive a confirmation email. If you don't see one within a few minutes, check spam or reach out — sometimes things go sideways.
The free first session is one per player, ever. Paid sessions are booked at the price shown on the pricing page at the time of booking.
Cancellation + rescheduling
Life happens. Cancel or reschedule any time up to 24 hours before your session by replying to your confirmation email — no charge, no questions.
Inside 24 hours, we'll do our best to reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session.
If we cancel (weather, illness, scheduling issue): we'll reschedule at no cost. If we can't find a time that works, you get a refund for that session.
Payment
Paid sessions and memberships are charged at booking. We use a standard payment processor — your card details never touch our servers. Memberships renew monthly until you cancel; cancel anytime by emailing hello@garagebuiltbaseball.com.
Refunds
We refund anything we didn't deliver — cancelled sessions we can't reschedule, partial months on an immediate membership cancellation, billing errors. We don't refund completed sessions or "I forgot to cancel" situations.
Waiver + media release
Baseball is a sport. Sports involve risk. Before your first session, we send a parent waiver and media release as a fillable PDF that needs to be signed by a parent or legal guardian. You can't train with us without it on file.
The waiver covers normal sport-injury risk (foul balls, falls, soreness) and gives us permission to record sessions on our own equipment. By default we don't post player video publicly — the media release lets you opt in or stay private.
Conduct expectations
Players show up, work hard, listen to their coach. Parents stay positive on the sidelines. We reserve the right to end a session early or decline future bookings if a player or parent is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to coaches or other families.
Health + safety
If your player is sick, injured, or anything we should know about, tell us in the booking notes or by email. We'll adjust the session or reschedule. Don't bring a kid who's running a fever.
Limitation of liability
We do everything we can to keep training safe — qualified coaches, age-appropriate drills, proper equipment, signed waiver on file. You agree that the inherent risks of baseball training are accepted by you and the player. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.
Termination
Either side can stop the relationship at any time. We'll refund any unused, prepaid sessions on request. We may decline future bookings for any reason consistent with applicable law.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything material, we'll update the date at the top and post a note. Continued use of the site or booking new sessions after a change means you're accepting the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pierce County, WA.
